Following completion of your order you will receive two emails from us, one to confirm the details of your order and the second which confirms dispatch & contains a full VAT invoice in PDF format. In the event of any stock issues you will be notified as soon as possible. In the event of an unaccepptable delay you will be offered either an alternative product or full refund.
