Had a question regarding phone over cat6 cables - went to Maplin and they had no clue how to help or even who to ask. Spoke to Dave and he asked for a photo of our data cabinet, 2 minutes later I got an e-mail with links to what I needed and he talked me through what I needed to do when it turned up. Didn't even try to get the stuff cheaper elsewhere as he'd been so helpful.
