Very quick service good quality product. Only problem it didn't speed up broadband, it's the chance I took. I thought it might help not to worry just one of those things.

The NTE5 with bell wire filter can make a difference if you have extension wiring, what can make more of a difference is to isolate the wiring from the ADSL signal by using an ADSL faceplate. If you get better speeds by connecting via the test socket then a faceplate would give you the same speeds. If you have no extensions however then it is unlikely anything will improve speeds. If you judged the shop on looks, well, it'll be pretty far down the list. Luckily I just want somewhere where I can go to get the stuff I need and know what I'm getting. For that, looks are irrelevant and its a better place than many.
