The first time I made my purchase, the verified by Visa did not complete and the screen did not refresh. After calling the company, I was advised that the item would still be in my basket. It seemed to have processed the 2nd time, but I have not received a confirmation email. I called the company again to confirm if the order went through. It could be my spam filter is blocking it. However, they were happy to reply to my email with the invoice.
