VAT doesn't apply to the Channel Islands. Your site should take this into account when the delivery address is entered and remove the VAT from the total

Our site is designed for mainland UK, we have refunded the VAT back to your card. The amount of work required to achieve what you suggest can not be justified at present by the handful of orders we get from VAT exempt areas. Best Regards |

Would be nice if you had an option to remove VAT as we are VAT exempt. otherwise nice selection on the website.
