Hi,
Many thanks or your help. The BT VDSL/ADSL faceplate, arrived within 24 hours of ordering. I fitted it to the existing NTE5 faceplate and removed all of the filters from elsewhere in the house and my internet speed has risen from 2.97Mb/S (annoying) to 4.78 Mb/S (satisfactory).
