Hi,
Many thanks or your help. The BT VDSL/ADSL faceplate, arrived within 24 hours of ordering. I fitted it to the existing NTE5 faceplate and removed all of the filters from elsewhere in the house and my internet speed has risen from 2.97Mb/S (annoying) to 4.78 Mb/S (satisfactory). In an attempt to improve my very poor internet speeds here in rural Norfolk (725K) I decided to replace my existing old BT LJU3 master socket with a NTE5A socket and fit a premium VDSL/ADSL faceplate. Not only were all items delivered the next day but were easily fitted using the ordered Krone punch tool. My internet speed has doubled to an astounding 1.5 Megs.
Well worth the effort, many thanks for the prompt service. |

I spoke to these guys at 4pm,as I had an urgent request, ordered at 4:25pm online and my order had been confirmed dispatched at 4:32pm for delivery next day - great service, thank you!
