Very happy with product (RJ10 extension cord), which works perfectly.
However you are not getting the service you're paying the Royal Mail for; the cord was delivered to the wrong house and not signed for; we only received it because the neighbour was kind enough to bring it over to us. Reply: Hi Tony, sorry to hear Royal Mail delivered to the wrong house, this is really bad as we use a signed for service; items should not be left without a signature. We'll certainly bring this up with them.

I bought an ADSL faceplate to replace my BT mastersocket.
It was sasy to install - it just plugged in with no re-wiring needed. The speed of my broadband has already increased slightly. The faceplate also looks much better without the need for an external filter. Customer service from Run-IT direct was excellent. I would definately recommend them. |
