I ordered a new NTFE faceplate via your website on Wednesday morning and it was delivered recorded delivery at mid day Thursday. Please keep up this excellent service.
I tried to get the post man to fit the faceplate but he said he was too busy. Perhaps you could work on that one!!!! Reply: Hi Derek, Glad you are happy, we'll talk to RM but we fear it will be a no!!!

Correction and clarification! In my earlier comment I said some fixing screws were missing, but they were there all the time - my mistake, and apologies to Run-It-Direct! Once again, great service, many thanks, MW

Quick (delivered within 24hrs) and efficient service. Very helpful with phone queries, both before ordering and while installing. Replacement BT master socket and ADSL faceplate have solved problem with old socket and seperate micro filter - though none of the screws supplied to fix them together seem to fit
Reply: Hi Michael, we've emailed you regarding the screws as we've sold thousands of both of these items & have had no reports of problems with the screws. Both items (BT NTE5 & BT Openreach NTE2000 ADSL faceplate) are 100% identical to what BT supply & install.
