Cheap but inflexible, shame as it could be so good.
Reply: Zac. I'm afraid we are unable to change an order once it has been placed! Most orders are picked & packed within 5 minutes of order completion!

This is a very well organised company! Hope it doesn't get too big and the customer service level gets depleted like with most companies.
Bought the NTE-2005 and it has now enabled me to stay in sync at night with 2meg on my 9km line! Brilliant. Although found out today that the vDSL filter is available from the manufacturer, and sadly Run-It-Direct don't have it yet! Reply: Hi Edd, the latest info we have on the vDSL filter (http://www.run-it-direct.co.uk/btvdslfaceplate.html) is only BT Openreach can supply & install it still. We have queried the manufacturer again today so if there is any change we will let you know.

Product as discribed solid copper cable not what I fell for in the past CCA quick delivery would recomend to anyone.
Reply: We may not be the cheapest but we guarantee 1308 spec cable, no CCA or CCS!!!

I cannot recommend this company too highly. What started out as a problem I thought was with a product turned out to be my wiring but the help I received from Dave was wonderful and very clear.
