Got excellent advice from Dave by phone and E-mail on 15th June,
ordered the parts he recommended on
16th June,they were delivered well packed on the 17th of June,which has Whit Friday processions and Band contests throughout the day,
so well done Royal Mail too.
I then had to wait for a time until a friend was available as back up, which was July 1st, we wired everything as Dave had suggested and immediately my download speed went from between
0.47 & 0.64 to 6.90 and that is using an upstairs extension socket. :toast: :clap: :super: :smash: :bonk:

Yes ...you can buy cheaper cable ..I did twice , but it didn't work on ADSL 2 . Should have gone to run-IT-direct and used theirs in the first place..it works . If I had , I would have avoided doing the job 3 times over . Excellent customer service , very quick dispatch and good advice freely given ..highly recommended . Anyone want 75m of copper coloured steel cable ? !!
