I searched the web for this particular item I needed, and luckily for me this was the only site that sold it, as bizarre as that sounds.
Even when I called to ask a question out of office hours the bloke I spoke to was very helpful. The item arrived the next day as promised and it works. The website and images of the items looks a tad old fashioned and not too professional (which might put some people off), but I didn't care as I was only on to buy my item. Good job cheers |

Great Service, but why address customers as " Dear Sir/Madam " when you have their proper name?
Reply: Richard,the only information our system stores is the email address for the invoice & receipt. For data protection reasons we do not store any other information.
