Good service and parts for my BT main phone socket.
Got problems with the delivery time. 5 days, though I think those were related to Royal Mail level of service. Reply: Hi Carlos. Your order was shipped on the same day it was ordered (Friday 22nd) via 1st Class Recorded Delivery. We would recommend filing a complaint to your local delivery office or via Royal Mail's website. Excellent "user friendly" bunding of products. I have purchased a RJ45/BT kit from you - while I could get the components quite a bit cheaper elsewhere the very useful information confirming what I needed and packaging everything together so I could buy all I needed as one easy pack makes it worth paying a little bit extra for.
