Following receipt of one of your NTE2005 Faceplates and IDC tool, I subsequently received absolutely *superb* clear advice from one of your team (sorry, I didn't get his name) on an issue I had with my telephone extension wiring.

Grateful thanks to the gentleman concerned. I followed his instructions and everything works perfectly now. I am also getting 1.5MB extra broadband download, thanks to the NTE2005. I will certainly use you again and recommend your company to others.
