Easy to use web site.
Very prompt response to order being placed. Thought del. a bit steep, given no Sat. del. Paid it this time cos needed in a hurry - might hesitate for future orders as fuel to drive to maplins cheaper than del. Reply: The Royal Mail postage cost to us is £13.10, we charge a flat rate of £12.00 on top of the normal delivery charges for guaranteed by 9AM delivery.
