After experiencing problems getting our office phone system up and running I emailed for advice on what I needed. My email was dealt with very promptly. The advice was excellent (I needed to buy less than I thought). I placed an order late afternoon. I received an email within minutes saying my order had been dispatched. It arrived the next morning!
