Delivery charge excessive
Reply: We are sorry you feel that way, we offer free delivery on orders over £25. For orders less than this we must cover our costs (P&P covers the postage from Royal mail, the packaging and the card/Pay Pal processing fee!) We no longer offer a non signed for service as too many items did not arrive.

Purchased a 2 metre ADSL/VDSL patch lead, promptly delivered. A moment of hesitancy as the VDSL plug was larger than that of the BT supplied lead. But hey what do you know it fitted perfectly with no bother ! Has this modestly priced lead made any improvement ? It most certainly has, by a considerable degree I was not expecting. Streaming movies and dramas with my Samsung smart tv on Wi-fi demonstrates a noticeable enhancement of picture and sound, no more chirrups now with the latter !
