Purchased a 2 metre ADSL/VDSL patch lead, promptly delivered. A moment of hesitancy as the VDSL plug was larger than that of the BT supplied lead. But hey what do you know it fitted perfectly with no bother ! Has this modestly priced lead made any improvement ? It most certainly has, by a considerable degree I was not expecting. Streaming movies and dramas with my Samsung smart tv on Wi-fi demonstrates a noticeable enhancement of picture and sound, no more chirrups now with the latter !

Concerned I'm being asked for feedback when I don't think I've completed my order! Do you have my address? When can I expect delivery?
Reply: Hi Amanda, Your order completed fine, you should have seen the order confirmation screen & received a confirmation email from us? As you paid via Pay Pal your address details come from your account. Your order will ship today via 1st Class Recorded Delivery which in most cases is delivered next day. We have also emailed you this information.
