While I was fitting a 2018 openreach vdsl plate, I found extra wiring in my walls connected to my existing plate. I emailed run-it-direct and they gave me advice straight away- which I followed and increased my download speeds instantly from 11.3 to 15. I’ve just ordered a cat5e cable so I should see faster speeds when I connect that. The instructions on the website were nice and clear and the service was great. I will definite recommend your products and company.
