BT install the master VDSL socket by the door and it is a pain to put the modem or wifi router there. I had run a cat5 cable to the router upstairs (giving fixed connection and use of all the ports), but missed the details to be able to move the modem without making custom cables. After finding your site I have bought 3 items that have enabled me to move my modem. You should put together a page to explain how do this and make it findable on a google search !
