All the hallmarks of a niche company who really know their stuff.
Everyone slips up sometimes, and my last order was short of a lead, so I emailed them. THREE MINUTES later I get a reply apologising and advising it will be sent pronto - it was received the following day. That's what I call customer service!  Reply: Thanks for the feedback and again sorry for any inconvenience caused. Best Regards.

Loads of info on Youtube etc, but actually speaking to a person still gives reassurance and clarity. A very helpful chap provided information which I could have used elsewhere and may have got it cheaper (but found I couldn't). However, excellent service is rewarded and bought happily.

Very good products and range, however I was charged £3.99 delivery when it cost them £2.08 to post it.
 Reply: Hi. Our minimum charge is £3.99. That fee covers not just the postage but packaging, labels, Pay Pal/card processing fee & picking slips, all of which have to be paid for! We also have to pay Royal Mail for our daily collection service!

Why is VAT charged on the delivery?
Reply: Hi, we must charge VAT unless the postage charge is the EXACT amount that Royal Mail charge us. eg, in the case of your order you were charged £3.99 (+ VAT), Royal Mail charge us £4.35! VAT is not our money-it goes straight to HMRC!
