Why don't you offer the opportunity to have cheaper second class delivery .Generally your delivery charges seem excessive for the weight and bulk of the items being purchased which is why I'll be buying some of the things I wanted from other sites. Otherwise very happy with what I bought.
Reply: Hi. We are sorry you feel our P&P charges are excessive. We've checked your order and we charged you £3.99 P&P. Royal Mail charge us £4.35 for just the postage. We then have to cover admin costs (labels etc), jiffy bag and also the fee from Pay Pal or the card processor, all of which is covered by that charge! (so in this case a loss). We currently don't offer second class because the majority of our customers want their order ASAP.
