First order arrived in 2 days and was perfect. I then placed a second order which I then realised I didn't require so sent an email over the weekend asking if I could cancel it. Before 9am on Monday a refund had been processed with no questions asked. Fantastic customer service and I shall use them again for any network and telephone requirements.
