I could not find this extension for my Polycom 300/310 Business phone. after many on-line research, I finally clicked on your site. It is a blessing to me. Thank you so much for your on-line shop. I can't wait to receive my BT to RJ45 extension and see my phone operating accordingly.

God bless you and your business above all your needs, in Jesus name.

I cannot understand why you keep confusing RJ45 and RJ11 plugs/sockets. They are quite different and totally incompatible. Ethernet wiring uses RJ45, ADSL equipment connection uses RJ11. There is no such thing as an RJ45 (RJ11 compatible) socket.
Reply: The sockets are NOT totally different. The RJ45 sockets featured on our ADSL/vDSL faceplates will happily accept an RJ11 plug. This is the very reason the manufacturers of these faceplates describe the socket as "RJ45 (RJ11 compatible)" It is also incorrect to state "Ethernet wiring uses RJ45 & ADSL equipment uses RJ11". There are many instances where voice wiring uses an RJ45 socket/plug and ADSL routers that use an RJ45 socket for the DSL connection. If you are still in doubt please email or call us, we can find no order in your name so do not have your contact details. Best Regards
