The site is clear and easy to use. The descriptions are very helpful. Inspired confidence. The prices seem reasonable and I received friendly and helpful advice over the phone. The only slightly irritating thing I encountered (on google chrome in Win 7) was that when I added something to the cart and then wanted to add more, the cart opened in a new tab each time I did so. But no big deal. Is there a "continue shopping" button on the cart that would obviate this? I looked for one and didn't see one (which means if it is there, it isn't clear enough, I think!).
