Bought the BT Openreach vDSL/ADSL Faceplate (BTVDSL) which arrived the next day, a Saturday, via Royal Mail. Thanks to your very clear online instructions, I was able to install this in less than 5 minutes! Importantly, it increased my BT Infinity download speed from 20Mb to 30Mb.
