 Verification code is a pain, though.  Reply: Thanks Ted, sadly the verfication code is required to keep online fraud to a minimum, without it liability switches from the card issuer to us!

Problems with the Verified by Visa page, left me not knowing if my order has been placed or not.
Reply: Hi Mick, the Verfied by Visa page is beyond our control, the page loads in an iframe which is provided directly from your bank. We send a confirmation email once your order is placed & can see this was done. We've also answered your email querying this order so hopfully it will be with you tomorrow & your confidence in us is restored.
