Lower front faceplate for NTE5 socket fitted with an RJ45 socket rather than the more common BT431A. Allows direct connection of a modem or router to the master socket. Pins 2 & 5 connected to 4 & 5 on the RJ45 socket. Note there is no provision for hard wired extensions off this faceplate.
